1. Form information
The form contains your name, reply contact, topic, package and message. It has no server-side submission handler: text is neither sent to nor stored on the site's server. Page memory is used to prepare a draft. Do not enter passport details, PESEL, passwords or third-party personal data. There is no file upload.
2. Quiz summary
When you explicitly follow the contact link from a quiz, a short summary may be transferred through browser sessionStorage. The contact page removes that entry on reading and puts valid text into an editable message. This is not transmission to INFOCOM. The audit self-check does not create a server record.
3. Email application
Opening the email passes the recipient, subject and text to your email application through mailto. Draft retention and sending then depend on that application's settings. Review the recipient and contents before sending. Once sent, the message is handled as email correspondence, outside this form.
4. Storage and technical information
This form does not save fields in cookies or localStorage and does not connect analytics. Your browser may remember fields under its own settings. Whole-site settings, logs on future hosting, email providers, retention periods and any data transfers must be checked and documented separately before publication.
5. Data requests
Questions about correspondence can be sent to office@migrant-info.com. Where GDPR applies, rights include access and rectification and, subject to statutory conditions, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, UODO in Poland. These rights are not an unconditional obligation to erase all information.
6. External websites
Government source links lead outside INFOCOM. Their operators apply their own data policies. Do not share MOS or login.gov.pl credentials with staff or intermediaries.
